Phase 1 involved the comprehensive replacement of 14 existing packaged rooftop units at the primary school and high school. To enhance indoor air quality, a new supply air fan wall array was integrated into the existing indoor air handling unit at the middle school. 

Phase 2 focused on replacing the remaining 24 packaged DX cooling rooftop units at the Pymatuning Valley Primary School and High School.

The new rooftop units and supply air fan wall array are designed to increase the HVAC system's longevity, offering improved indoor air quality, enhanced building pressurization, increased safety, energy efficiency, and an overall improvement in thermal comfort performance.
