HVAC Masterplan (Phases 1-5)
This project included an initial HVAC masterplan for the entire school district, which included the Elementary School, Middle School, Shared Space, Performing Arts Center and the High School. Wright Engineering developed a 5-year HVAC masterplan for the district.
Currently, as of 2024, the fourth phase of the masterplan has been completed. The final (5th) phase of the project is currently under design and construction will commence in mid 2024. Wright Engineering provided Project Management and Lead design services for the HVAC and electrical systems. The HVAC systems were designed for longevity, simplicity, and energy efficiency.
The HVAC improvements consisted of the following:
Adding air conditioning to the high school by expanding the middle school chilled water plant.
Replacing antiquated HVAC equipment, including unit ventilators, air handling units, and temperature controls.
Air conditioning the remainder of the high school.
Building automation system upgrades.
